Click the link to open the Canva template

Sign in to Canva (or create a free account).

Choose the coloured template you want to use
(Blue, Red, Green, or Pink — each is on a separate page). -
Drag and drop your headshot into the circular frame.
(If needed, upload your photo first using Uploads.) -
Click Share → Download.

Set File type to PNG and select only the page you edited.

Click Download and upload the PNG to LinkedIn.
