Full registration includes all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, the welcome function and gala dinner.
Day registration includes conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch for the day of registration.

Financial IAWBH members will need to provide their IAWBH member number (which can be found by logging into their profile on the IAWBH website) in order to access the membership registration rate.

Students will need to provide evidence of full time student enrolment.

Cancellation policy
Delegate Cancellation
All applications for delegate cancellations must be made in writing to the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of IAWBH2026 at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the conference by emailing ccj@canberra.edu.au
Cancellations received during this period will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration and processing fee, inclusive of Good & Services Tax (GST).
Cancellations received in the period between 21 days and up until 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund minus a $150 administration and processing fee (inclusive of GST).
No refunds will be given for any cancellations received within 14 days of the event. However, substitute attendees will be considered at the discretion on the LOC.
Event Cancellation
If IAWBH26 is cancelled for any reason, a full refund of your conference registration with be provided.
The LOC strongly encourages all delegates to take out personal travel and other insurance with a reputable insurer provider in relation to their travel and accommodation expenses to attend the conference as well as for their attendance fees for the conference itself.
Health and Safety
The health and safety of delegates and organisers is our highest priority. Given the relatively recent experience of the global pandemic, the LOC is particularly mindful of the health risks posed by COVID-19 and similar illnesses as well as their potential to disrupt events such as international conferences. The LOC is cognisant of the importance of following official Australian medical advice and health and safety policies in respect of infectious diseases including in respect of issues such as social distancing, practicing good hygiene, and staying at home when unwell. We request that any delegate who is feeling unwell or has cold or flu-like symptoms, or who may have been in contact with someone with a potentially infectious disease, not attend IAWBH26 if they are feeling unwell or are potentially infectious.
If you are unable to attend IAWBH26 for COVID-19 and/or related reasons, you must cancel your in-person attendance in writing by emailing iawbhconference2026@gmail.com.
Consideration will be given to refunding your attendance fee or the substitution of an appropriate delegate.
